I'll start.

I've been golfing for a few years, starting in my 30s. It's been a great way to stay in touch with friends, and I've really caught the bug.

• I'd say I'm intermediate but improving, but hope to improve my skills. I'll be starting a proper handicap next year and I think I'll be able to get below 10. It definitely came slowly!
• I think iron approach shots are the best part of my game at the moment. Occasionally it's my driver or my short game, but this is probably most consistently decent.
• I'm least comfortable with my hybrids and 3-woods. Finding the feel is tough and I have too much dispersion on these shots.
• I really want a consistent home sim setup. Our current house doesn't quite have a space for it, but long-term I'd love to have this setup. I do have space outside to practice at home and other options during the season, but in New York I can't practice 12 months a year without a proper indoor setup.

I've only played golf once. But I had a blast and totally get the appeal (which I didn't before I played). It was in Queens, NY years ago. I probably would've kept it up with the friends that brought me there but I don't live there and don't know anyone who plays golf where I live (Montreal).
