This new Sapphire Golf Tour is on a mission to rewrite the history books: in the LPGA’s entire existence, only eight Black women have ever held full status, and these trailblazers are determined to reshape that pathway. By creating a dedicated professional circuit, the Tour offers real opportunities for Black women to compete, grow and ultimately earn their spot among golf’s elite.
Along the way, inspiring athletes are stepping into the spotlight, forging their own routes to the big leagues and becoming the representation they—and future generations—have longed to see out on the fairways.
